| Fire Risk Assessments Process. Firstly, we provide you with a free survey and quotation for the premises based on the information you provide. We then schedule a convenient time to conduct a fire risk assessment of each area of the premises collating detailed information. The time that this takes varies upon the size of the building. Smaller office fire risk assessments take between 1 and 5 hours to assess, whereas larger premises might take a series of visits over a 2 week period. Timescales are always outlined in our free surveys. A report is then drafted from the information collected, and then presented back to you in an 'easy to understand' format. Dependant upon the Fire Risk Assessments urgency, we can usually turnaround reports within 10 days of the actual assessment. If there are more urgent timescales such as imminent fire brigade visits or premises opening dates, we can be flexible with the timescales. As every building is different the price for fire risk assessments vary. Regardless of size and location we provide free surveys and no obligation quotations.
